We design the character and integrate the chat on the site. KLB360 Lens is our own assistant. Resurso and Kris are characters we designed and integrated for those clients. On a live site the knowledge base is the client’s: the bot answers from it, in the languages the site already uses.

Outside the knowledge base
It answers from the knowledge base it was given. It does not invent prices, bookings, or facts that are not there. When a question is outside that base, it asks for contact details and sends the lead to the client.
The design is ours
The character, the way it waits, listens, thinks, and talks, and the chat around it are KLB360 design and integration. Lens, Resurso, and Kris are three of those designs. Each site answers from that client’s knowledge base. This page uses the KLB360 knowledge so you can talk to any of these characters here. If the bot cannot answer, it asks how to reach the visitor and sends that message to the client.
